What it is
Six women. Four months. Monthly live group sessions plus a private container for the integration in between.
This is where I do my most layered work. Not a course. Not coaching. A live container of subconscious rewiring, embodiment, and group field activation — held for women who are ready to stop leaving capacity on the table in the name of staying small enough to be palatable.
Every session is responsive to the group’s actual edge. There is no fixed curriculum. The work emerges from what’s alive in the room — and four months is enough time for that work to actually land, not just be momentarily glimpsed.
Format
- Six women, by application
- Four months, second Wednesday of each month, 2 PM ET
- 60–90 minute live group sessions via Zoom
- Private channel between sessions for integration and field continuity
- Direct access to Kristin throughout the container

What it isn’t
It isn’t a course. There are no modules to complete, no curriculum to keep up with.
It isn’t coaching. We’re not setting goals and being accountable to them.
It isn’t therapy. We’re not processing the past clinically.
It isn’t a mastermind in the usual sense — there’s no mutual-promotion, no business-card exchange, no networking framing.
